PROCESSES
A) PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT UNIT:
It involves collection development according to different fashion trends and lifestyles. We work in close coordination with each client.
We conduct an ongoing investigation to innovate our supplies and details that give a real added value to our products.
We receive and control all inputs according to the client’s quality requirements.
This unit defines and interprets the data sheets for each product to translate them into computerized patterns and into the different stages that runs the product.
Samples are developed from prototype to pre-production samples for approval.
B) CUTTING UNIT:
We have an extended cutting table with the necessary technology and accessories that allows a homogeneous cut under quality standards that help to control the parameters of tolerance.
C) PRINTING UNIT:
In this module samples of print are realized in 7 days from coverage to centered frames with different technologies of detail. After the approval we deliver the sample to our suppliers of meters and meters of printed fabric.
D) SEWING UNIT:
It centralizes the process of seam, with a numerous group of operators formed in our plant, this area is equipped with more than 40 machines, between them machines of ornamental stitches to achieve products with ended of updated trend.
In addition we have a group of related workshops to our work system with which help ease the process of seam when it is necessary.
E) ENDING and PACKING UNIT:
The finishing process begins with the finished vaporized garments, for which we have industrial equipment. The next step of the process is the final quality control to start the total package including hooks, bar codes, etc.
This is to deliver products which are easy and rapidly placed in the store of destination or exhibition in shop.
F) SLIPPERS UNIT:
The slippers are a complement of the sleepwear. That’s why we make them integrated at every collection; they take recorded sole with every brand that we attend.
