HISTORY
Diseños con Fino Estilo SAC is a Peruvian company dedicated to the textile industry.
Established in 2009, after absorbing all the experience accumulated over 15 years of the previous company RVR CONFECCIONES FINAS SRL and always under the direction of Ruby Velásquez Rondón and Absalón Rojas Hernández; both graduated in engineering from two of the best universities in Peru.
In its early years, the experience was formed in response to the national market, specifically to department stores. However, in 2000, Diseños con Fino Estilo SAC gets involved by establishing commercial relationships with companies in Venezuela who were interested in the high quality of our products. Later, in 2004, DiconfiES SAC started exporting to the U.S. market. Then, DiconfiES SAC found a greater opportunity for exportation development, so they focused their attention towards this goal and were strongly committed to export. Today, its products are being sold in most South American countries.
It should be mentioned that the seed to form a company of this nature was inspired by María Rendon, the dear mother of the CEO Ruby Ruth. She allowed her to play with dolls making clothes with her sewing machine. Also, the example of her parents, Felipe and María, teaching her the value of hardwork, which strengthened her desire to consolidate her vision. Finally, being able to watch their children, Jorge, Rodrigo and Maria Fernanda, grow was a constant motivation that allowed her and her husband to move forward and achieve their business goals.

And to strike the management of the right balance between national and international recognition. This will allow us to build successful commercial relationships, which, by being based on professional work, will make us an ethical and reliable company that makes every customer feel satisfied.

ORGANIZATION
Our organization in the operational area is based on modular systems.
The production process begins with the choice of our selection of Premium inputs ranging, according to the requirements of each client. The Peruvian pima and tangüis cotton are recognized for their high quality, so that our products use them as raw material.
The pima cotton extra-long staples, natural shine, long durability and smooth texture in contact with the skin becomes the softest caress, especially for baby’s delicate skin.
DICONFI has a production factory located in an industrial area, where we occupy our own property that is projected to reach over 1,000 m2 of workspace.
Actually our average production capacity is 15,000 monthly articles. Delivery time varies for each client, according to the size of the order and will average 60 to 90 days form the order placed.

Engr. Ruby Velásquez Rondón
Professional trained in the field of engineering and systems. Persevering in the pursuit of superior quality. Methodical and disciplined to accept challenges in different aspects of life.
Engr. Absalon Rojas Hernández
Civil engineering professional. He complements his knowledge in favor of construction and distribution of our factory. He adds his wide synergy to interact with suppliers and assumes challenges in solving various technical problems. Usually combines jokes within the routine and labor pressure.
Engr. Jorge Rojas Velásquez
Professional trained in industrial and commercial engineering. Focused on the area of exports and logistics. He assumes functions with organizational capacity and adjusts documentary details to align the export process according to foreign trade requirements.
